II International Forum on Environmental Research
FIIA 2026
The International Forum on Environmental Research (FIIA, from the Spanish
Foro Internacional de Investigación del Ambiente) is an academic event with an international
scope dedicated to the exchange and dissemination of scientific knowledge in the field of environmental
sciences. This event brings together students, researchers, and specialists to present, analyze, and
discuss, from an interdisciplinary perspective, the complex interactions between organisms and
environmental contaminants.
Through the participation of experts and the presentation of current research, the forum addresses key
topics related to ecology, ecophysiology, bioremediation, evolution, and ecotoxicology, promoting
scientific dialogue and critical reflection on contemporary environmental challenges. Furthermore,
the FIIA seeks to encourage the development of innovative environmental mitigation strategies and to
strengthen academic collaboration in order to contribute to the understanding and solution of environmental problems at both local and global scales.

Call for Papers – FIIA 2026
The II International Forum on Environmental Research (FIIA 2026)
(Foro Internacional de Investigación del Ambiente) invites researchers,
academics, professionals, and students to submit original scientific contributions
in the field of environmental sciences.
Beginning with the 2026 edition, FIIA expands its academic program by incorporating
a Call for Papers, allowing researchers to present their work through
parallel oral presentation sessions alongside the main conference program.
Participants will have the opportunity to present innovative research,
exchange ideas with international speakers, and contribute to a dynamic
academic discussion focused on understanding and addressing current
environmental issues.
Conference Topics
Papers are welcome on topics related to the theory, research,
applications, and technological developments in environmental science,
including but not limited to:
- Ecology
- Ecotoxicology
- Ecophysiology
- Conservation Biology
- Bioremediation
- Evolution
Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original research papers related to the
conference topics. Submissions are recomended to follow the paper
template.
- Papers must have a minimum length of 5 pages and a maximum of 8 pages.
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Papers should present original and unpublished research.
Peer Review
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a
peer review process
and will be evaluated by at least two specialists
from the Scientific Committee.

Accepted papers will be included in the
FIIA 2026 Digital Proceedings.
